matt's steadicam rigMatt Doll is a STEADICAM owner/operator and camera operator who lives and works in Wilmington, North Carolina. The camera stabilization platform that he uses for his work is the STEADICAM Ultra Cine I. Supporting his rig is a Preston remote follow focus system, and a transmitter/receiver package that consists of : a Modulus 3000 transmitter, a Dynawave VTX 100 transmitter, a Transvideo Pro Hermes receiver and two shark fin antennae. His rig has the flexibility to be hard mounted on anything that speed rail can be started and attached to.

matt's steadicam rigAs an operator of the STEADICAM, Matt achieves graceful, fluid and level shots that showcase the classic strengths of the camera stabilization platform. His ability to visualize a rough idea of the shot during rehearsals allows him to efficiently execute the shot ultimately envisioned by the director and director of photography.

Matt has an affable and calm demeanor that builds a genuine and respectful working relationship with actors and technical positions. Most importantly, Matt understands that a successful STEADICAM shot is a culmination of effort by a team of people working together to achieve the final goal; a great shot.
